2.Which stock markets are available for trading through Eddid Securities and Futures?

In addition to Hong Kong stocks and US stocks, Eddid Securities and Futures also provides phone trading services for stocks on the Singapore Exchange and the Tokyo Stock Exchange in Japan. Change orders or cancel orders are not possible for phone trading services.

3.How can I obtain real time quote for the Singapore and Japan markets?

Users seeking real time market data for the two markets may explore third party services. Please note that Eddid Securities and Futures does not guarantee its accuracy nor bear responsibility for its use.

4.How do I fund my account with the necessary currency for overseas stock trading?

Securities traded on different markets may be subject to local currency settlement according to each market's specific regulations. Before proceeding with any transactions, investors must ensure their account has an adequate balance of the required currency. Clients can deposit local currencies into their foreign currency accounts via a bank account that bears the exact same name as their trading account. Clients may also contact our customer service hotline for assistance with currency exchange within their account. The timeframe for deposit crediting is subject to the processing policies of the client’s respective banking institution. Clients can also contact the customer service hotline/all-day trading hotline for exchanging the Hong Kong or U.S. dollar funds in the trading account to the local settlement currency first. The currency exchange time of Eddid Securities and Futures is from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (except Hong Kong public holidays, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and Lunar New Year's Eve). 5.How can I check my account positions and balances?

Eddid Securities and Futures sends account statements to the registered email of clients, which allows them to view their account holdings and balance. Eddid Securities and Futures will conduct order confirmation via email and/or Phone after the order is executed (i.e. partially or fully executed) during the day.
